Litchfield National Park

Sorry for the lack of blogs, back into the routine now.

Week 34 had us in Litchfield NP took us all day to find a campsite as the place was so busy, long weekend in Darwin. Finally found a site at Buley Rock hole, two minutes from the tent and we had a natural bath in the form of cascading pools, if we went early morning or late afternoon we were sure of a peaceful swim, bit crowded at other times.

Wangi Falls was a beautiful falls and pool, great walk all over the top of the falls great area for watching bats.

The Cascades was also a wonderful walk along the river which just kept cascading down one rock formation after another, fantastic.

We arrived at Tabletop Swamp middle afternoon so not much wildlife but wonderful flora. Very peaceful.
